i ve just ordered a set of bbt stainless steel bumpers.the store where i am getting them from are saying i have to drill them them to fit the over riders.
i just wanted to know if this is the case and if so has anyone got any tips or the mesurements of how they did this.

I ordered mine through Karmann Konnection a couple of years ago and they came with BBT packaging and were pre drilled for standard euro overiders.

That probably doesn't help much but I hav'nt heard of bumpers that need pre-drilling before, unless you were planning to fit US Spec Towel Rails to the blades?

thanks for the info.
i did call kk but they said they don't sell the over riders.which i thought was a bit odd.may give them a call to see if they say anything about drilling out the blades.i am meant to be getting mine from cool air.did your bbt ones have any stamps on the back of the blades or the over riders to prove they are bbt ones??

cheers andy

They were just in the wrappers. KK don't sell the overiders because they are'nt the greatest of shapes apparently, I can't guarantee the blades are defo BBT ones,I can only go on the way mine werepackaged and that mine were sold with genuine rechromed overiders as according to KK there just are'nt a decent set of repro overiders available, so they sell there complete blades this way. I've been really happy with bumpers since they have been on the car.
